I have been listening to a lot of Rich Roll pod casts lately. They are amazing. For those who don't know Rich Roll is a plant based vegan, ultra endurance athlete, who has competed in Ultramarathons, and UltraIronmans.

His podcasts are of Rich interviewing other paradigm personalities like himself. He has interviewed world class endurance athletes, doctors, personal trainers, everyman's, etc. Check him out at These podcasts may not tell you what you should be doing exactly in training to make you a better Triathlete, but you will get a ton of great information in nutrition, how other people train, and so many amazing life styles.
